When to Use this Agreement
Use this Exclusive agency agreement where one party “the Principal ” grants an other party “the Agent” the exclusive authority to find customers for, and sell the products or services of “ the principal” in return for payment on a commission basis. more
This document defines the terms and conditions under which "the principal" appoints the Exclusive Agent and can easily be modified to spell out specific duties or define a territory. Your agency agreement will provide you with strong legal recourse should a misunderstanding arise and/or the other party fails to fulfil its obligations while under contract.
